  We wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking to buy a home. We couldn't have done it without her! It was our first time buying a home, and even though we had taken a homebuyer's course, read books, and felt generally prepared heading into the process, we were still daunted by all there was to do. Charlotte made herself available to answer our questions morning, afternoon, and night, and made us feel comfortable with the process. She got us out to see properties quickly, and helped us think through whether the property was right for us. She structured our offer to ensure we got the property we wanted (beating out other offers) and advised us about what we should list as contingencies. Once our offer was accepted she took care of scheduling inspections (Nick was great) and made the process move smoothly. We can honestly say that we would have been overwhelmed with all of the things to do before closing without Charlotte! She worked evenings and weekends, always responding quickly to make sure we felt comfortable and got everything done. She is fantastic!

  Reine helped my wife and I purchase our first home here in Bozeman. While looking at homes, Reine gave us the information we needed without steering us away from what we really wanted. We greatly appreciated that. Overall, she made the entire buying process painless and handled everything professionally. She kept us up to date on anything that was happening with the house and consistently responded to our requests in a timely fashion. More than that, though, Reine is just a really nice person who seems to care about relationships, family, and doing things the right way. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

  Fully furnished means just that! Didn't have a want for a thing! Great views of wildlife and surrounding area. QUIET! and just simply relaxing!! What a great family retreat! Fishing and games for the kids and even a hot tub! FABULOUS! Definitely will be planning another vacation with Montana Vacation Rentals!!
